President/CEO - Connie Fuksa  

Connie is the President/CEO of Foote Title Group.  She is a licensed Title Insurance Producer in the states of MD, VA and DC.  She received the designation of Certified Land Title Professional from the Maryland Land Title Association in 2006.  She is co founder and Chairperson of the Southern Maryland Chapter of the Maryland Land Title Association.  She has been involved with real estate closings for more than 25 years and has handled more than 15,000 closings over that time.  She started work with Foote Title Group in 1987 and became President/CEO of the family business in 1998.

Foote Title Group is approved by all of the major lenders and is approved to write for several of the National Title Insurance Underwriters.

Mobile Closing Specialist - Shari Papanicolas
